Programs Manager

Salary: $148,758 ($114,750 base + $16,008 NLA + $18,000 Housing Stipend)
Position Summary: Reporting to the Qupanuaq Director, the Programs Manager oversees a team of program coordinators delivering Qupanuaq's programs — from the regional beds and bassinet program to health initiatives such as speech therapy and autism services — while advancing Qupanuaq's vision and mandate.

Health Systems Program Coordinator

Position Summary: The Health Systems Program Coordinator leads day-to-day operations of Qupanuaq's health programs — including speech therapy, behavioural therapy, and blind and low vision services — and plays an active role in developing new programs where emerging needs are identified. This role carries a caseload of children with medical and developmental needs, working in close collaboration with clinicians and the Qupanuaq service coordination team.

ICFI Service Coordinator
Organization: Qupanuaq, Arctic Children and Youth Foundation
Location: Nunavut (Qikiqtani region)

Position Summary: As a Service Coordinator at Qupanuaq, you will work directly with Inuit children and families across the Qikiqtaaluk region — identifying needs, connecting families to essential services, and supporting them through the ICFI funding process. Reporting to the Manager of ICFI Service Coordination, you will serve as a trusted advocate and navigator, helping ensure every child has access to what they need to thrive.
